Do players need to download an app?
No. Players book on your branded website from a browser. They can also install the site on their phone like an app.
Which sports can I run?
Badminton is fully supported today, with courts, socials and pricing. More sports are coming. Tell us what you run and we'll talk it through.
Which EFTPOS terminal does it work with?
Game Book integrates with Tyro EFTPOS terminals, so the POS sends the amount straight to the terminal and nobody keys it in twice. Cash, court credit and store credit work at the desk too.
Can I use my own branding and web address?
Yes. Your booking site carries your venue's name and logo and runs on its own web address, so players book with you, not with us.
How do memberships and credit work?
Create membership plans with peak or off-peak discounts, free hours or courts per day, and booking limits. Issue store credit or court credit for refunds, packages and goodwill. Members see their benefits and balances in their account.
How much does it cost?
